I offer clear, transparent fee structures for all expert witness work, with a fixed-fee approach for most areas of report preparation. All assessments are carried out in person only, ensuring accurate colour-matching, realistic evaluation of coverage and reliable evidence for the court.

Expert Witness Fees
A full fee schedule is available on request. Fees typically include:
Preparation Fee
This is the only fee which is subject to change depending on how many reports and how much information is required to be read before proceeding with the client consultation.
Consultation Fee
A fixed fee covering:
- in-person Claimant consultation
- colour-matching and product testing
- suitability and coverage evaluation
- photographing each stage of the consultation
Report Preparation Fee
This includes the preparation of a structured, part 35 compliant, medico-legal report suitable for use in litigation, covering:
- findings
- product suitability
- coverage results
- limitations
- itemised costings
- long-term recommendations
Additional Services (If Instructed)
- Joint statements
- Replies to Part 35 questions
- Court attendance (in person or remote)
- Cancellation fees where applicable
Turnaround Times
Reports are usually completed within eight weeks from the date of the in-person assessment, sometimes sooner.
